Let's see with 20 years programming experience if I can do anything with the Neo! .

I'm brand new to this so any pointers would be greatly appreciated. I particular, I'm going to need discrete codes for Denon 3802 AV Rcvr and DVD, Tivo plus Sony's new 60 inch Grand Wega LCD. As many of you probabaly already know, Sony's remote makes you "cycle" through the inputs...there are no direct buttons to set an input, say to DVD...so where can I find the discrete codes for Sony Grand Wega? Any other tips anyone can share will be greatly appreciated. TIA.

Also, where are the specs for the new TSU3000? Does it have the nice "hard-buttons", particularly the up-down-left-right that the Neo has?

You've come to the right place. There are tons of discrete codes available here at Remote Central. You can look in the Neo files area and also look in the pronto files area. Using NeoHacker, you can load a discrete code (from either area) into you .ncf file and use it to control devices - in this case, it's not necessary to "learn" a command from an existing remote.

Look in the Neo area first, because that will be easiest for you to use. Then if you can't find what you are looking for, go over to the Pronto area.

Regarding the 3000, it does have the cursor hard-button. Specs are available here: [Link: pronto.philips.com]
