Dishnetwork Finally made Discrete codes available on their recievers. Make sure you have the latest software:

[Link: dishnetwork.com]

The codes I used were--
Address 1 ON:
0 f 6c 3 40 b 17 61 a3 3f 5f f0 bb c0 2b 22 22 12 22 22 22 22 22 7c 3

Address 1 OFF:
0 f 6c 3 40 b 17 61 a3 3f 5f f0 bb c0 2b 21 12 11 22 22 22 22 22 7c 3

There is much more info on the 'Discrete Hunter' forum, but I don't know how to create a link over to it.

Also, from what I read there, it doesn't sound like there is a discrete power code for the 721 yet.

I have verified that they work on the older 2700/3700/2800 and 3900. But I had to put a .5sec duration for it to work correctly, otherwise I had to either tap the button twice or hold it for a little bit. If I just tapped it once, it wouldn't work.

I tried to get these codes to work with my RC-3200 and Dish 6000 today, but had no luck. Both sets of codes just toggled the power. I used NeoHacker to enter the codes into my NCF, saved them in RC-3200 format, and then successfully downloaded them into my RC-3200.

Any ideas??

Thanks!

I finally figured out what went wrong. I mistook the save parameter button at the bottom of Neohacker for a status bar. I went back and re-pasted the codes, then hit "save parameter" and everthing worked!

I now have discrete codes for all of my equipment, and my RC-3200 is fully customized for my needs.

Thanks to all!

And we're sure these won't work on the PVR721, yet?
