I am having trouble learning Rotel input and power codes from the Rotel remote RR-969. I also downloaded discrete power codes for the Rotel Preamp into a RC5000 and was unable to teach it to the Neo.
Any Ideas?

I too have problems getting the RC3200 to learn Rotel commands. Apparently they use different codes.
But for the Pronto Rotel has ccf files for all their products. With converting these ccf files to ncf you should manage to get Rotel codes in the NEO/RC3200.
