I know the issue has come up before. All I need is to be able to edit or trick NEO into learning a long duration "power on" code from my Dukane HDTV projector remote so I can then include in a macro. Of course if I am using NEO manually to operate the projector, I just hold the key down and it works fine.

I've tried the "duck blind" method of learning the preamble as one key and then learning the control code as a seperate button and then tying them together as a macro...no luck! The problem is that I can't eliminate the 100ms delay between button presses so that it emits a continuous stream.

It seems that NEO Hacker might be capable of helping to fix the prob. I downloaded it and then downloaded a JRT from the Sun web site, installed the JRT and tried to get NEO hacker to run, but to no avail (I am technically savvy but clueless regarding how to install and run a JRT) Maybe someone out there can give me an idiot lesson on how to get NEOHacker up and running and I will work to solve my own problem.

The ultimate solution to my problem is if by some miricle, someone has a long duration power on IR code for a DUkane projector that I could somehow download into my NEO.

Thanks in advance for any help any of you might be able to provide!

I am using NEOEdit version 2,0,5,0 and have already downloaded the latest firmware version into my NEO
