I have just bought a proto neo UK version and am trying to customize it no problem there but I would like a nice big gallery of bitmaps and buttons ect so I have tried downloading some from this sight but when I try and import it does not see them it is looking for a file called gallery.gif. and they are CCF files so please could somebody ether a)try and explain it to me or b)just Email me it already done Please help me I am new to this and although I can use a computer ok I am clueless when it comes to changing file types or extensions or any other deeper workings of the computer thank you in anticipation of your kind help

Go to the files section but NOT the NEO files. You actually want to go into the Pronto & Pronto Pro files section. In this section scroll down to "Graphics, Games, and Fun". In here select "Bitmap Collections" and "Channel Logos". Download amy of these to your PC and then you will be able to import the .bmp files into the Neo. You may need to UNZIP these files when you download them.
