Occasionally my NEO freezes up where the IR icon on the upper right stays on and the only way to reset it is to take out the batteries. Does anybody know why this is happening and/or how to fix it?

Are you using NIMH batteries? Mine stopped freezing when I switched over to Alks. What firmware version are you using. You should be using NeoEdit 2.0 and firmware 1.4.3 both available here. Butch

I have the same problem every once in a while.
If I reset the unit (by popping out a battery and putting it back in), that clears the lockup, but it does it again as soon as I press the offending button (which is different every time this happens).
I re-download my configuration, and that seems to fix it. Until I mess with my configuration again.
