Hello,
When I set up a macro on the remote, upload to the computer, then download back to the remote, all the delays I setup on the remote disappear. Has anyone else had this problem?

Yes, I have also experienced this problem. How does one notify Philips?

People, please read the Reademen.txt file that is installed in Neo edit's dir. This is a Know Issue, so I really don't think Philips will care to much, as they know of the problem.

"PR 163: Macro's recorded on the device are not uploaded. A workaround is to edit
macro's in NEOedit and then download. These macro's will be correctly
uploaded."

Sorry, I guess I missed that in the README. I love my Pronto Neo, but I think Philips made a bad mistake by releasing an immature product. The Neo as it came from the store was practically useless. After downloading new firmware and a new NeoEdit, it is usable but difficult to program. I have read many accounts of people who buy a Neo only to return it to the store in frustration. (I wonder what the overall return rate is for the Neo.)

I'm seriously thinking about writing a cross-platform replacement for NeoEdit that would make programming a lot easier. (Of course, by the time I get that done, I won't have many more changes to make to the Neo's programming) :-)

Philips really did cripple the NEO. I think they just didn't want to compete against the Pronto. The Firmware/Software that first came with the NEO was horrible! The updates did help some, and to think that it would be easy to fix most of the problems, yet they don't makes it more of a reality that they realy don't care!

PS. Wonder when a review of the Neo is coming? It sure would be nice so that others can atleast know before they buy! I know, but still bought, yet I too have seen many not know what they were getting into!
