I tried to convert a set of codes I found for Pronto, but they did not work. I specifically need the codes for selecting Video Inputs.

Also, you can program your Mits remote to give you the discrete codes which you can learn to your Neo. It's done like this:

Set the Layer Switch at the top of the Mitsubishi Remote to TV.

Press and hold the POWER button, and while holding the power button enter 090.

Now the remote functions like this:

Power - Power On Only
Stop - Power Off Only
Pause - AV Reset

Pressing INPUT followed by:
PIP - DTV
1 - Input 1
2 - Input 2
3 - Input 3
4 - Input 4
5 - DVD / Component 1
6 - Component 2
SQV - Input STB
QV - Input VGA
PIP CH Up - Antenna A
PIP CH Down - Antenna B

When done, press and hold the POWER button and enter code 000

Mike, would this method work on all Mitsubishi TVs/Remotes? I have a 1st generation HDTV 03 series (sorry, can't remember exact model since I'm at work) and don't want to enter random codes into my mitsubishi remote that are possibly wrong and may render it usless.

It does not work on the VS models, only the "W" series models (which are the 16:9 widescreen format).

However, if you have an WS-xxx03 series Mits (1999 model), you need to input POWER + 90 (instead of 090).
To return to normal mode, press POWER + 00 (instead of 000).

I haven't heard of this causing a problem with a remote it didn't work with, but since I don't have your particular remote and TV, I can't guarantee it.

I have the ws-6411, and tried the method listed above. I can get the tv into the mode, but do not know which input key to press. I have the up/down input bottun next to channel/volume. But no discrete input button. Any help would be appreciated.

For the x11 series with the up/down input, press it up, then the #. Works great on my 65511.

For the WS-55859, however, there is one input that isn't included above --- the Input-DTV input.

This works the same way as the other inputs, but use "PIP DEVICE" to select Input-DTV.
