What's it do ? I've read a little about setting and so forth ?

Stand-alone program ??

The Neohacker allows modification of codes already in pages or buttons that have been created either directly on the neo or created in neoedit.

You need to download neohacker.jar Look for it in the files section. A pre-requisite for neohacker is to have java runtime installed on your pc. Java runtime is downloaded from Sun.
Once Neohacker is installed, you first use the neoedit program to upload the configuration from your neo, and save it on you PC. You then use neohacker to edit the " .ncf " file and copy and paste the codes into the "actions" branch.
