After having created the buttons I wanted in NeoEdit 1.2, downloading them, and spending many hours learning commands for 6 devices, I learned that version 1.3 will let me upload those learned funtions, so that if I make more changes, the learned stuff will not be lost when I download. Here are my questions:
1. After downloading the latest Firmware AND the latest NeoEdit software (20 megs), is there some special order to install process, or will installing the latest NeoEdit and then connecting to my ProntoNeo, automatically apply the upgrade?
2. With my ProntoNeo currently running from the NeoEdit version 1.2 download, can I (PLEASE, say yes) upload all those learned funtions into the version 1.3 NeoEdit first, or will NeoEdit make the connection to ProntoNeo, see that it's an older version, and wipe me out with some new default settings?
Thanks for any help. This remote is great!

Download the new edit program and upload your neo setup and save it. When you download the new software for the neo, eveything will be erased. Then download your neo settings back to the remote.

Thanks...that takes care of preserving the stuff I've done. As to the new software going to the ProntoNeo, is there some special button or menu item in NeoEdit for that, or should I just download a default configuration to get the new software loaded?
