This is another rookie question, but I can't seem to figure it out. I've just purchase a Pronto Neo, and installed the Pronto NEOedit software on my laptop (Win2k). I installed it under 1 profile, and when I tried to access it from another profile (installed it at home, wanted to use it at work [on lunch, of course]), it advised me that the registry settings were messed, and that I needed to reinstall. Knowing that there was still an install in c:\program files\philips\pronto-yada,yada,yada, I decided to reinstall to the same path, and hopefully fix the problem. Well, now, it's installed (v1.3), but when I add a device, and go to the settings tab, it hangs. It will eventually open the settings (type of device, manufacturer, code), but each setting takes an eternity to become available, and even longer if you need to change them. I've made sure that I've got the latest mdac, and I'm at wits end. Any help would be appreciated.
