Guys,
I'm getting my Neo tomorrow, and I'm having trouble getting the software that I downloaded to install all the way. It gets to the point where it needs to restart the comp, and then while it's restarting, it says it needs to restart the comp again. Any suggestions? I'm hoping to figure this out soon, so that I can start getting the Neo up and running when it show up. Anybody else run into this. I just can't seem to get past the restart message.

Here is a know issue from the Readme_Neoedit.txt file:

PR 141: If there is a file setup.exe left by a previous installation in the temp
directory (mostly C:\Temp), then the installation of MDAC (Windows
component) gets into a reboot loop.
A workaround is to remove the file setup.exe in the temp directory.

I'm having a similar problem trying to install neoedit 1.3. after downloading from philips site, (download says 19.1 mb and the file is really 20.1 mb) the installation shuts down soon after it begins. an error "2235" window opens and kills the installation. i'm not very computer savvy either, so channces of operator error are great. any help would be greatly appreciated.

thanks
