I seem to be having an issue opening the two .ncf files I have downloaded from this site for the ProntoNEO in my RC3200Edit software. The RC3200Edit software saves in .ncf format, it can open the .ncf files that I created, but when I try to open the .ncf files I downloaded (extracted from the .zip format), I get a "This file type cannot be opened by this editor" message.

I posted a message to this group last month and was advised to rename the zip file with a 000 extension, but that didn't work...

Thanks for any help or suggestions!

I don't know if there is a work around but most of the files here are for the Neo (has been out longer). And I remember reading that the file formats are incompatible

IIt is all done using the Zip Comment. To open the NeoEdit NCF files, the zip comment is "Type:000"
and for the RC3200 Setup the comment is "Type:001"
Or you can use the lastest ver of NeoHacker, that has the option to save in either format.

Changing the zipfile type works for me, but you can also download the NeoHacker program, open the .ncf file, select FILE/SAVE AS from the menu and change the file type to RC3200.
