Do the 3200 and NEO have a separate button in the center for SELECT, with the ring around it for left/right/up/down, or is it all one unit where you just push it all down for SELECT?

Please advise.

Thank you.

It's a separate button.

So you've been try out the NEO Daniel. What do you think of that button? It has a rather unique feel when pressed.
