Anytime I have my pronto jump from a button to a page it shoots the command then locks up without jumping. If I take away the jump command it will shoot the command and everything works but it won't jump. As long as I have a jump command in the equation the remote locks up. The jump command is from the preamp page. This remote sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry, it's my computer. I loaded the program onto my laptop and it works great.
