I have a pronto neo that was able to learn the commands for my IR window blinds.. I have since replaced my pronto neo with the harmony 880 and wouldn't you know that for some reason the 880 cannot learn the codes. I was told that there is a way to get the code out of the pronto neo and send it to the harmony support area. However, when I pull up the pronto neo programming screen, I don't actually see any codes. I do see learned command but that is all. Does anyone know how to get the hex codes from my pronto so I can send them to logitech for my 880. Several people said that it is possible but said to ask around the pronto website.

the neo does not use Hex codes, it uses a variation that is a series of 2 characters. If you open the NCF using neohacker you can view these codes. I'm not sure if Logitech can work with the Neo codes or if there is a converter out there. I know there is a Hex to Neo converter but I am not sure if there is the opposite program.

I recall someone posting that the editor program for the marantz 3200 version of the Neo will display learned codes in hex format. I think you have to use neohacker to save your NCF as a 3200 file. Then download and install the editor for the 3200 and open that file.
I've never tried it, just read it here somewhere.
