I bought the NEO and now I am having trouble. I can't get it to learn all the buttons from my Harman Kardon AVR110 remote. I've tried from all sorts of distances and angles - nothing! Volume and power is fine, but I cannot get it to learn the different device choices.
Anyone have any ideas?

you may be having IR interferance. Try in a room without flourecent lighting. I am also assuming you have tried the usual-it works the HK without trouble, and fresh batteries
