I'm going crazy trying to teach my Neo some IR codes that are working perfectly fine on my pronto.

Any tips on distance, timing or otherwise would be greatly appreciated...

Has anyone been able to learn a code from a pronto to a neo?

Thanks to neohacker, I was able to cut and paste some discreet codes successfully. (thanks neohacker). I've had a couple of buttons that are real sticklers though.

For example: All buttons from my Toshiba VCR were learned successfully except the "enter" button and the "digits". I got the "digits" from the built in codes but not the "enter" key. Tried cut and paste from pronto code into neohacker but it said "no" due to a double burst or something.

The other problem is the built in codes for my panasonic tv work, (so did the discreet thru neohacker) except the volume sends two volume presses with the built in codes. Won't learn and cut and paste failed. Problem is, on this remote volume up and down is also menu up and down and makes navigation difficult.

I really like the prontoneo but it sure is quirky on learning codes, especially since its a "learning" remote.
