I just purchased a ProntoNEO, and I can't get the cd that came with the package to load the NEOedit software. I put it in and it runs the setup executable file, and it appears to be doing what it is supposed to do. When it asks to reboot my computer, and the computer comes back up, it starts over again asking to reboot my computer.
I've even tried downloading the executable file from the philips website and running it, but it does the same thing.
Yes, I have turned off my Nortan anit-virus when running the executable.
Can anyone help me?

I can help you. This happened to me. I assume you've gotten out of the loop (I booted into Safe Mode and killed the runonce key that had the setup path in it). First, definitely download and install the latest version of NeoEdit (1.3.4); it's better. Next, delete everything you can from the C:\windows\temp directory (some files can't be deleted b/ they're in use, but get all the others). Old install stuff is probably still in there. Finally, make sure anything that might be using a COM port is off. On my PC, I exited Palm Hotsync and just to be safe, the answering machine software on the PC. That should do the trick.
