Can you actually download the file?
To unzip, depending on your OS, you may need to download a demo copy of winzip from winzip.com. If you like the programme, don't forget to pay for it. Try right clicking the file and see whether you get an option to uncompress the file.

Yeah, are you saying that you've successfully downloaded the file? But just can't unzip it? Because MS firewall won't prohibit you from unzipping something. So I'm not sure why you're talking about MS firewall...
So, if you're clicking to download something and it's not working, it's because the new MS firewall that came w/ Service Pack 2 prohibits the operation and gives you a yellow line of text at the bottom of your toolbar section in your window. You have to click on the line, but not on the X at the right corner, or you'll just close the dialog and do nothing. Click on the yellow part and it'll give you a drop down and you can select to download the file. It'll reload the page, but this time will allow the file download. It's a cross between "are you sure" and "pain in the ass". :o)
Once you've got the file, as PhillJones said, winzip should do the rest.
