Please! Someone, help me with this.
Edit: Can someone please tell me if this is normal behavior for the remote?
I'm using my remote for Showshifter (htpc program). The hard five-way button on the Neo930 is used to jump around, "much like a mouse" on the tv-screen. But, the strange thing is that when I press repetedly on up/down/left or right on the navigation button, the Neo suddenly jumps back to its device overview page. I have tried deleting the IR-codes asigned to the five-way button, but it didn't help. I have the latest firmware (1.5.3). Hope someone understands my problem, it's a bit hard to explain.
Please help. Thanks!!

I'm pretty sure it's possessed. You need an exorcism A.S.A.P.
Seriously, what happens when you use the reset button on the remote? Are the IR codes assigned to these buttons ones that you manually taught the remote from your original remote?
Teach the IR codes that you are using as nav buttons (up -down -left -right) to buttons that you add to a device page, so you can use them on a touchscreen. Then try using them from the touchscreen. Press them repeately, see what happens. Compare that to just holding down the button, see what happens. Maybe it's an error related to the hardbuttons that won't happen when you use it on a touchscreen button?
Good luck.
