I'm on my second Neo now. I thought the problem was originally a faulty unit, but I guess not...
I've created a config file and downloaded it to the unit. On the main page there is one button smaller than in my config file. On the next pages, all the buttons appear too big and overlap each other. I'm using a Windows XP machine. Do I need to return this, try a different machine, bang my heads against the desk? The same thing happens when I download the "default" configuration.

Any suggestions/similar experiences?

Thanks!

I also have experienced the same problem.
After I had this problem, I connected Neo to PC,
started NeoEdit, and then reverted the config
on Pronto to factory default settings. Ant the I
immediately downloaded the same ncf file I did earlier
and then evrything is fine.

I am not sure either if I have to return/replace this.

But I am really having trouble making Neo learn some
keys from Yamaha rempote. Other devices/remotes were
just fine. So I suppose this is a problem with Yamaha.
Did you notice a problem in learning as well?
