this website doesnt have a *Where to Buy* section for the Neo and best buy will get my money when they stop hiring 16 year olds with no knowledge and turn them into drug (extended warranty) dealers

We're fully stocked in the TSU-500 "NEO". EBAY is terrific for finding good prices, but note that Philips specifically excludes used remotes in their warranty - only the first owner of a remote can utilize the warranty. I got my second Neo for $130 off Ebay, other then Ebay and RRdeals, I don't think others are selling them yet. I thought I read somewhere that Best Buy had a 6 month deal to sell the Neo before Philips opened it up to the Full market.

JandR has them also, but shipping is poor. It usually takes them 2 to 3 days just to get it on the UPS truck. Price is $199.

I went to Best Buy yesterday to just check out the ProntoNeo and it was on sale for $199.00, so I asked the 16 year old with no idea what the remote would do, what was the best he could do and he said 15% off so when we rang it up he did it at $150.00 (25%), I guess he didn't pass math in school!!

I gotta disagree... the guy in TVs (not a mgr) at Best Buy knocked money off a kitchen TV for me without blinking when I said I saw similar models much cheaper at Fry's. He said he'd rather take just give me some $ off than have to deal with Fry's on the phone.
