Alot of people have trouble downloading to their Neo, as I first did. It's not a problem that necessarily warrants returning your Neo. The reason I could not download my configuration was that my McAffee Virus Scan was on. So if your having trouble downloading, TURN OFF YOUR VIRUS SCAN SOFTWARE. Every once in a while you can download with it on, but you absolutely cannot upload when it is on. Also, make sure you download the updated software from the following address so you can upload your configuration after you learn all of your codes (There are also alot of other cool features you won't want to miss; it's like having a different remote.): [Link: pronto.philips.com]

Happy Trails,

Tyke

You will also need to close the HotSync monitor for your Palm Pilot.

I'm uploading and downloading with no problem while my Norton Anti-Virus Auto-Protect is enabled on my new computer. I previously wrote in another thread seeking help that I had a 266MHz Pentium w/64MB RAM and Win95. I was only able to download twice and never upload. I went out and bought a new Pentium 4 running XP and now have no hassels. Compaq 5430US BTW

Nice one Brent! I've just bought myself an RC3200 and spent ages configuring the set up only to find it wouldn't download. I've now disabled my palm hotsync and it worked great. Phew...
