I have a URC 200 and have just aquired a new Directv H20 reciever. I am unable to get the URC to control the H20. The receiver is set for IR mode not RF. None of the pre pro codes work including 173. I thought that I had programmed the unit in "Learn" mode and it showed "GOOD" for each button programed but only the "number" buttons work. None of the funciton buttons (power, guide, up, down, etc) respond. Thanks for your help

The urc-200 doesn't have code 173 on board, so the only way is to teach. If the transport keys aren't working you might have a punch-through enabled.
