Okay, it states Universal Re,otes but I didn't see my model listed but here we go...

I have a TX-1000 thats about 5 months old and today the four buttons on the left side of the remote stopped working (Off/Channel Up/Channel Down/Previous Channel). The beep you normally hear when pressing any button does beep on these four buttons (still beeps on all other buttons). I have replaced the batteries and reloaded the program but with no luck... any thoughts on what it could be? The remote is in great condition, has not been dropped nor damaged in any way.

I have created a work around by programming these functions onto the touch screen portion of the remote bu that can be a pain if you have to go through the pages to get back to the screen with these functions.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
