Can anyone confirm what this remote looks like? The 2 pics I have seen look completely different

They both look the same to me.

(One's in a package, the other is not)

The charcoal color one in the first link came out first, then they switched colors. I think they originally give Best buy there own color, but then sold it to other outfits too. There is no change in the remote except for the colors.

They did the same with RF10,

The buttons are different :)

For example the number keys - The 1st version has white keys and dark lettering, while the second version has dark keys and white lettering. I would expect the backlight to be the opposite also - 1st version buttons glow, in the 2nd version only the numbers glow...

In the second remote the # keys don't light up at all, the backlight stops at the row with Stop, Play, and Pause keys. On the keys that do light up, they're the same on both versions, red lighting only shines through the icon on the key.
