I have a second, BRAND NEW charcoal Pronto with backlight sensor, which operates perfectly (no reboot problem), along with ALL original packaging and warranty (see for sale post). Am asking a firm $285 plus $6 ground UPS.

There's only one charcoal-colored Pronto with a light sensor -- the US version.
