Hi

I have an old Beyonwiz DpP1 PVR that has supplementary Power On and Off codes. I had one on my old pronto (power off) and found the other online.

When I sent them to Logitech they said "We are unable to add the codes for it shows invalid Pronto Hex Codes."

This is what I sent
For the Beyonwiz DP-P1 I believe the pronto codes are:
POWER-ON
900A 006D 0000 0001 BE00 5BA4

POWER-OFF
900A 006D 0000 0001 BE00 56A9

They are looking for something like:

VolumeUp

0000 006D 0022 0002 0157 00AC 0015 0041 0015 0041 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0041 0015 0041 0015 0041 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0041 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0041 0015 0041 0015 0041 0015 0041 0015 0041 0015 0041 0015 0041 0015 0041 0015 0689 0157 0056 0015 0E94

How do I convert what I have into the format they are looking for?

IRScrutinizer will convert your short pronto hex to the long form they want. But I'm feeling generous today, so here they are:

POWER-ON
0000 006C 0022 0002 015B 00AD 0016 0016 0016 0041 0016 0041 0016 0041 0016 0041 0016 0041 0016 0016 0016 0041 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0041 0016 0041 0016 0016 0016 0041 0016 0041 0016 0016 0016 0041 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0041 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0041 0016 0016 0016 0041 0016 0699 015B 0057 0016 0EA3

POWER-OFF
0000 006C 0022 0002 015B 00AD 0016 0016 0016 0041 0016 0041 0016 0041 0016 0041 0016 0041 0016 0016 0016 0041 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0041 0016 0041 0016 0016 0016 0041 0016 0016 0016 0041 0016 0016 0016 0041 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0041 0016 0016 0016 0041 0016 0016 0016 0041 0016 0699 015B 0057 0016 0EA3

I can't believe Logitech doesn't know how to do this. How can someone be so clueless about their core business.

thanks muchly for that.

Apparently (from other threads) the codes are already in their database and they just need to add them to mine - they don't know how to do that either :)
