well as the title says i have an older 890 if i buy the harmony one can i use my old rf network with it. so i dont have to buy a new one thanks for any answers

The Harmony One is an IR only remote. It will not work with the RF Extender that comes with the 890.

You're stuck with the 890 or similar replacement to keep the RF extender.

That's why I recommend an IR repeater instead of the RF models. With an IR repeater you can upgrade to the ONE or any other universal IR remote any time you want - and you can use the OEM remotes.
