Hello all,

I'm rather frustrated with my Harmony 1000 and Bose V20 Lifestyle Reciever. No communication at all between them. The software version is 01.01.02, and I have already tried the trick with using 321 GSX Series II. What are my options here? I won't learn either, pretty exhausting all the options I think I have with this thing. Should I take it back? Is there a way to get this thing working...!!!

Have you changed the Bose from RF to IR?
