Hi, i've just bout my harmony Xbox360 remote, i've just gone through the setup, created my account etc. and input my devices into the setup software, at the last step - 5, where it goes to update the remote with my new devices, i get this error message:
"The Connection was refused when attempting to contact members.harmonyremote.com"
and on top of that i can't login to their website to get support, as it says "session timed out, please login again" as soon as i press login on the members site... this is most frustrating as i only just bought it.
I have a solid internet connection, and no firewall or pop up blocker is enabled.
Can anybody help me, i would like to use this remote!
