Does anyone know how to clear the memory, to start from scratch. Sometimes I just want the remote to think everthing is turned off even though its not.

Sometimes family members will turn things on or off manually and then when you use the remote one device turns off and the other on drives you crazy.

Thanx

That's what the HELP button is for. It will fix all of the components that are out of sync with power or inputs.

You can also just cover the IR emitter and hit OFF, then manually turn everything off.

That's what I do, cover the IR emitter. When I set the sleep timer for my TV, it goes off automaticall, as it should, but the 880 still thinks it's on, so I hit the off button while covering the emitter to get things back in sync.
