Does the Harmony "Help" button fixes the problem? If yes, then it's a timing issue, if no, then it's an input setup problem. If it's an input setup issue, then try all the commands in device mode (remote in front of tv) and find out which command(s) to use to cycle through the inputs properly. Then run the "Adjust inputs" (under Device > More options), make sure it's using the right command to cycle through the inputs and make sure the list and order match what you TV is doing when using the cycling command. Also make sure you answer all the questions properly.

I have tried using SCART cables that have the PIN8 removed in my SCART cabling so that some of the units don't "disturb" (that is force wrong inputs to become active) eachother.

I think that Logitech should start to concider the effects of SCART control lines in the Activities. The Help Button just masks the real problem.

If the TV always auto-switches to the right input then you can tell the harmony that it only has one input or give it a bonus input selection command. If it never auto-switches then the Harmony can control it already.

The problem occurs when sometimes it auto-switches and sometimes it doesn't. That would be incredibly complicated for the harmony to try and keep track of. The real solution is for the TV mfrs to allow the auto-switch feature to be turned off.
