I have really made a mess of 768's setup. Is there anyway of starting completely fresh?

On the software side, you could delete the devices and/or activities that are screwed up on the website. If you just want to reset your remote, do a firmware update. Mike www.SurfRemoteControl.com

If you really do want to start again, simply create a new user ID and password, and begin again. You can copy over your XML codes from your original account if you did a lot of programming, but you'll have to update your XML DEVICENAMEs to the new numbers that Harmony will assign to your devices.
