Just a up date from my last post I happen to recived a Dead SST-768 I posted a Email and left a voice mail to the customer support, this was on Friday the Harmony Support Team Called ME back on Sat morring. Worked with me to trouble shoot the unit, while the unit must be sent back, they are sending me a new unit ASAP - BEFORE - I have to send my unit. These guys are great and want to make sure their customers are happy - Job Well Done to the Harmony Support Team.

Yes, they are doing a great job with customer service!
I have personally experienced exceptional customer response in support and warranty service also. If anyone is considering buying a Harmony, you should consider their excellent track record with customers in helping make you decide on buying their products.
