Dead SST 768 - Well got my NEW 768 today in the mail and set up the software and went to the web site set up all the remotes, so far so good - tested the unit it worked fine - went back in to the web site did a down load and now nothing works - worked on it for 2 hrs down loaded software upgrades - firmware upgrades - it seams to do process the upgrades just fine - I tryed using my old remotes and sent data back to Harmony and that worked fine - deleated everything from the web site and the unit and started all over - and tryed to probram just ONE thing and says it its downloaded and I see the new information in the display - but I get NO responce from any of the AV hardware. I'm hoping I can get some help

are you sure the commands are learnt correctly? With some camcorders, if you point a remote at the camcorder and press a button on the remote you will see the flashing light on the cam. Try it with a remote that you know should work, and then try it with the harmony.
