I just got my remote and have begun setting it up. Slowly, understanding it.. However, I am having a problem with it changing my digital cable box. My set up is basic. I have a TiVo which is linked via IR to my digital cable box. The problem is that when I go to my favorite channels and select one, it changes correctly on TiVo but it is only sending 2 characters to my digital cable box. So when I try to go to channel 405, it enters 405 on TiVo and then I see the digital cable box only entering 05. I have tried a bunch of things had have had no luck. Can someone give me a pointer so when I got to channel 405 it sends 405 to my digital cable box and when I go to channel 2 it sends 2 or 002 to the cable box.

One other thing... This config works when I use the TiVo remote just fine...

One more follow up... When changing the channels by using the up or down arrow on the remote the digital box changes. It seems that when I select a channel from my list of favorites and select, then the channels do not change.
