For those of you still pondering about this device, I have to say, the guys at customer support, now both Mike and Peter, who have over the past few months done an incredible job of helping me tune and tweak my Harmony have made me VERY happy with my decision.
My wife never bugs me now for how to use the watch her soaps, flip to the TV and listen to music. Too many remotes before. I had the 200 (give or take a 100) button version from Denon but just too much.
My father in law can even use this without help. If you got one, you know. But I've done a few extras. The biggest undertaking was all my music functions (Radio, Digital Radio thru the cable box, CD), now have single ZAP button control for outdoor speakers on/off. As well, the outdoor speakers shut off automatically when a TV type function occurs.
My experience started with a Dead on Arrival unit which was both immediately offered for replacement both by Harmony whom I emailed the night of as well as the local vendor who I called the following morning. It's been a great experience since. And this is only a remote.
For the Harmony management, great job and great staff. I hope you recognize them for the job they do for us.
