This is the second time Harmony has replaced my remote under warranty. The first time was for a screen failure. This time was for a stuck "mode" button. Once again, they responded quickly and sent me a brand new remote. Excellent customer service!
Since this is the latest hardware version, I immediately noticed a higher quality finish. The stress lines and other flaws in the injection molded case are gone. The appearance is now first-rate and much improved. Also, the box included the new software CD-ROM. Keep up the good work, Harmony.

I had a problem with my remote running down the batteries within 24 hours. After contacting customer support they authourized a replacement which is working fine so far. Kudos to the superb customer support.
