I was having a lot of difficulty with the process of adding a new menu to one of my devices as I don't understand XML programming (or much else about computers). Their support team offered to write the code for me and all I had to do was update my Harmony for it to work (which it did first time.) My other questions were also dealt with promptly. just wanted to say i am a very impressed and satisfied user.
