New harmony zapper owner. I was able to setup my activities except for my television. The website did not have the Mits 55857 model but a similar Mits tv with the same inputs (2 antenna, 4 s-inputs, 2 component, 1 dtv).

My problem is the Harmony does not change the inputs when selecting the different activites. The audio settings and components are set correctly. I have to use the help key each time to toggle the tv inputs to the correct input settings. I have tried the character feature to identify the input control feature from my tv remote. No luck.

Any hints or suggestions? I have emailed Harmony customer service but have received no reply.

Let me know if anyone needs additional information to provide a possible solution.
