Warning Warning Warning If you are going to buy a Harmony be prepaired to work in a slow and some times buggy development environment. After 2 weeks writting XML and struggling with the slow compilation and update process I have just boxed her up to go back. I think these guys shipped for revenue and not for product completion. I didn't want to spend the money, but I am moving on to Pronto-land. I write this not to dis the product, but to warn people about any kind of interesting customization on this product requires a lifestyle change.
One nit that really got to me, what the really cheesy plastics and injection marks. McDonalds free toys use better injection molding. I had a rattle too, response back from customer service was, its supposed to do that because the roll wheel moves. 200 bucks? As a lefty, I found that it was build for you righties. Got used to the right hand controlling, but it really never felt right.
If they are still in business a year from now, and they have developed an actual working UI for customization, I would buy it. Only problem is, I really want to watch TV *this* year.
