I'm having a hell of a time trying to get my Harmony to recognize the proper commands for my Sony SAT-W60 UTV remote. I've tried automatic and manual learning. I must be doing something wrong because it doesn't work at all.

I guess you might come accross the same problem I had with my Nokia Mediamaster 9800s. I never could "digitize" the commands.
Hopefully, you also can enter IR sequence manually:
Visit the "Harmony IR Analysis Center": [Link: harmonyremote.tzo.com]
Click on "Manually enter code...", find the 3rd input field with data type=Pronto. as "data value", you will have to provide the correponding Pronto IR code.

From there, all you need is a Config file for Pronto, i.e. this one:

...that ou open with the Pronto Edit utility ([Link: remotecentral.com]).
Now look for any "Learned" sequence for the command you need in the CFF file loaded, and copy/paste it to "Harmony IR Analysis Center" page.

This may take a while to have all your commands converted but, at least, it works. Good luck!

Thanks. I'll try it that way.
