Any recommendations on a 5-disc DVD player that plays all formats of CD's as well? Reasonably priced. I would also conisder a single disc as well. Thanks.

I agree....I looked at the Denon line but they do not play R or RW's. My new DVD changer will be Peoneer Elite as well.

I would take a look at the Harmon Kardon DVD50 that's going to be released this spring. It's a 5-disc Progressive Scan DVD player that will play all formats and includes a built-in MP3 decoder. MSRP is somewhere around $300-350.

Check this link for more info on harman/kardon DVD 50 [Link: harmankardon.com]Please note that the price is indicated to 649USD, which is substantially more than Greg suggested; 300-350USD sounded almost too good to be true... /Allan

The price for Harmon Kardon DVD5 (five disc) is around 500 USD, while the DVD50 (50 disc) is 650 US Dollars. However, my DVD5 does NOT read CD-R discs! Neither does it play MP3!!

I'm sorry, but the DVD50 is not a 50-disc changer, it only takes 5 just like the DVD5.

I've performed an exhaustive search for any ccf's belonging to the Harman/Kardon DVD5 in an effort to download commands to my Pronto TSU2000. Does anyone know where I can find them? Any help would surely be appreciated. Thanks!
