Burning VCD with CD-TEXT info?

I've been making a few VCDs (from camcorder), and I'm having a great time. However, I'd like to display the title of the disc on the Sony 850D DVD Player. I'm making the VCD through Adaptec Easy CD Creator 4.0. It offers me an option to burn CD-TEXT if I select DISC AT ONCE. My burner supports DISC AT ONCE, but for some reason, if I burn using DISC AT ONCE, the program will get stuck at finalizing the CD. However, if I use Track At Once, everything would be okay (but I'd lose the CD-TEXT).
Also, I don't really know where to enter the CD-TEXT information in VCD Creator? I checked the online manual, but it didn't help.

Is there any program that will make a VCD with CD-TEXT?

I have a HP 8100i 4x4x24x burner (IDE) running Windows 98 SE.

Thanks a lot

Simon

I've done it, but Nero doesn't offer any CD-TEXT at all for VCD. I can only burn CD-TEXT with music CD. I have Nero 4.0.8.3
