I updated my Pioneer A04Sz DVD Rom with the firmware of the tray version not the ones for the slot in version. No i cant see it anymore in my bios screen at startup! What can i do???

Probably not much. Most times, flashing the incorrect firmware will cause the device to stop operating. Best I can suggest is contacting Pioneer.
