I have a copy of Ghostbusters region 1, and a Panasonic A-110 thats been modified to do regions 1+2. The scene where Walter Peck meets Bill Murray ("You go get the court order and Ill screw your ass for wrongful prosecution") fills with blocks and artifacts, the sound crackles and basically the whole scene messes up. The player sometimes freezes. The same disk plays ok on a samsung 709 (aiwa cheat) and a modded Pioneer 505. Ive tried cleaning the disk, can anyone help? Any advice at all?

Hmm. Can you tell if this is around the layer change or not? I know some Panasonic players had some troubles with certain discs and breakups.

I notice on my player (Toshiba 2109) that it seems to lose a line of dialog. When Bill Murray was asking about something and he never got an answer? Anyone know what I am talking about? Was that where the layer switch is? Have not had the problem you are talking about though. The part I am referring to is right after the EPA guy part you are referring to.
