I have a Gateway Solo 2500 and the tech support people told me I have to disable macrovision in order to play DVDs. The player is called DVDPlay and I have not been able to find anything to do this with. Please help!

It's me again. The DVD-rom that I have is the Toshiba SD-C2102. What can I do to make it work? When I try to play the DVD I get an error message saying "error reading navigation packet."
