Does anyone make an HD/DVD recorder with a digital tuner yet?

DVD yes. Are you wanting something that can record digital programming to an HD-DVD or BluRay disk? If so, nothing yet.

Panasonic has European models but so far no USA models and I think there is a Sony model.

Somewhere today I saw a picture of a Toshiba booth where they had a number of internal HD-DVD drives for PCs on display. My local Staples is selling HD-DVD-R media now, although for the high price it will be a long time before I venture close to getting an HD-DVD or BluRay burner. I also saw a picture of a triple-layer HD-DVD disk with obviously 1/2 again more space on it.
I'll bet you can buy a Vista Media center PC with an HD-DVD or BluRay reader/writer this Christmas.
